The Retainer
The retainer is a relationship foundation, not a support contract. It keeps us connected to your business and gives you priority access when you need it.

Hourly Rates
Hourly work is available with or without a retainer. The rate determines how quickly we respond to your request — choose based on the urgency of your situation.

Do I need a retainer to work with you?
No. Retainer clients receive priority and a dedicated knowledge base, but one-off and as-needed work is welcome at standard hourly rates.
What does the retainer fee cover exactly?
The monthly fee covers the relationship maintenance itself — keeping your technology log current, building the internal knowledge base, and holding your priority status. Actual work time is billed hourly on top of the retainer.
Why is there a 3-month minimum on the retainer?
Building a useful technology log and meaningful knowledge base takes a few months of regular interaction. The minimum ensures we've had enough time together for the retainer to actually deliver value.
What does "initial response" mean?
Initial response means you'll hear from us within the stated window — we'll confirm we've received your request, assess the situation, and let you know what to expect. It is not a guaranteed resolution time, which depends on the nature of the problem.
Do you work with businesses outside the 20-mile radius?
